Giddy Vibes offer free Australian wide regular postage for all orders over $250.00 dollars or $12.00 flat rate regular postage for orders of or below $250.00.

We offer $19.95 flat rate express post Australia wide on all orders.

We will endeavour to get your items out to you as soon as possible, however due to the current situations with Covid-19 please understand there may be a slight delay with shipping with the selected provider (Australia Post or Sendle).  

Whilst we want to get your purchase to you as fast as possible, once your items have been dispatched, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control and as such do not automatically qualify for a credit. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. If any delays are anticipated with your order that are within our control, we will contact you to try and assist you further.  

If selecting Express Post (via Australia Post), we encourage you to review your location eligibility and current delivery impacts on the Australia Post website.

Australia Domestic: 
  • The Shipping times stated above do not include our order process time.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). 

  • Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year or holiday periods.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

International: 
  • All International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
  • We advise you contact your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
  • Giddy Vibes is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.  We do not offer refunds for these costs.
  • The above prices do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
